Samantha and Josh are Married! | Northampton, MA Wedding Photography

Samantha and Josh got married in beautiful Look Park in Northampton, MA, and it couldn’t have been a more amazing day. The Pines Theater nestled in the trees at the park provided a truly spectacular backdrop for their intimate ceremony. The guests then moved off to the Garden House just up the hill while we got to spend a little time with the two newlyweds for some intimate, relaxed portraits before they walked over to join the party. From there, the evening was incredibly relaxed and a lot of fun. Since Josh is such a huge soccer fan and a player himself, the wedding was infused with a little World Cup spirit and excitement. Thank you guys for allowing us to be a part of your day and we wish you many happy years together!

Erika and David are Married! | Williamstown, MA Wedding Photography

We’re really excited tonight to be showing you all of Erika and David’s images from their incredible wedding in Williamstown, MA. They decided to go with a “first look” at the base of Sheep Hill, just down the hill from their ceremony site. They had as really romantic moment to themselves (with us along to document, of course) before the day completely swept them up. This also allowed us to get all of their photos out of the way so they could go straight to their cocktail hour and spend more time with their guests. After the first look, we made it up to the top of the hill and got to revel in an amazing view of the Berkshires. Most people not from the area don’t realize how beautiful Western Massachusetts can be. Following a beautiful ceremony atop the hill, they followed a violinist down the hill to their reception site, the amazing Mezze restaurant. These two were incredibly laid back the entire day, so much so that Erika even went barefoot during the ceremony! That changed though during the reception, when after a great meal, she put on her custom made argentine tango shoes and took to the dance floor with David to show off some incredible dance moves. Their Tango was so elegant, it was really hard to describe. The night eded up being a complete blast and everyone had an amazing time. Samantha and Josh’s Northampton Wedding Sneak Peek! | Western Massachusetts Wedding Photography

We are busy looking through the images from Sam and Josh’s amazing wedding from Friday night and wanted to give you all a little sneak peek at one of our favorite shots. Sam and Josh got married in Look Park in Northampton, MA, with their ceremony outside in the beautiful Pines Theater and the reception in the Garden House. It was a really fun wedding with a little touch of the World Cup mixed in, and it was just the right atmosphere to celebrate the union of these two really fun people! We will be showing you a lot more in a further preview later on this week, so check back regularly, but for now, we wanted to show you this image we captured during the ceremony. Connie and Steve are Married! | Saratoga Springs, NY Wedding Photography

Connie and Steve are over at our place currently getting the first look at their wedding photos, so I’m also sharing them with all of you! Unfortunately, the rest of you don’t get the champagne, cocktails, and cupcakes that go with one of our photo reveals Sorry about that, but if you book your wedding with us, we will have plenty of cupcakes and champagne for you too! They had a gorgeous wedding ceremony at the South Glens Falls United Methodist Church, with their reception at the Saratoga-Wilton Elks. The Elks was a little tough to find, but it had a really nice space for the reception. The wedding was a lot of fun, complete with a great dinner, dancing, and even Elvis! Be sure to look at the earlier preview posts for an explanation of that one. Erika and David’s Wedding Sneak Peek | Western MA Wedding Photography

Erika and David had an absolutely magical wedding this past Sunday in Williamstown, MA and we got to be there to capture all of it. This was such a unique wedding with so many great, personal touches and one of our most laid back, relaxed couples ever. It really was the perfect day for a couple that is really perfect for each other. We find ourselves smiling as we go through editing their photos, so I wanted to start you all off with a little teaser. Their wedding ceremony took place on top of Sheep Hill in Williamstown on the most gorgeous day of the spring. I just wanted to share this image with you to show you just how amazing the ceremony site was. Check back soon for more from their wedding!

Jen and Chris’ Cape Cod Wedding Sneak Peak | Destination Wedding Photography

We just got back from a whirlwind weekend of fabulous weddings. We started it off with our first destination wedding of the season, which involved a trip out to Cape Cod. We always love going out to the Cape, it’s so beautiful and relaxing. Destination weddings are a favorite of ours because not only is it great for us to keep the creative juices flowing shooting someplace new, but it also always seems more fun for the couple, and their photos always show that off. Jen and Chris got married at the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. It was an incredible location, and they were an incredible couple. We had a blast and wanted to share a little sneak peek of this great wedding – there will be plenty more coming soon, so stay tuned!

Connie and Steve’s Wedding Preview 1 | Saratoga Springs, NY Wedding Photography

Welcome to the real start of wedding season here at Scott Kretschmann Photography. Connie and Steve were our first wedding this spring, and they sure started it off on the right foot. The wedding ceremony was at the South Glens Falls United Methodist Church, which you will see here has a gorgeous natural wood interior, and the reception was at the Saratoga-Wilton Elks Lodge in Saratoga Springs. We will tell you a lot more about the wedding soon, but to hold you over, here is the first preview post of some of our favorite images from the wedding. Connie and Steve, we hope you enjoyed your beach vacation this past week, and we hope you enjoy these images even more!

I love the detail on the bridesmaids’ dresses. They were gorgeous.

Connie and Steve had a really fun wedding this past saturday, and we were privileged to be a part of it. It was a beautiful (although a little hot) ceremony with a serious party afterwards! Katie and Erick’s West Point Wedding

The images from Katie and Erick’s vow renewal are finished and ready for the world to see! They had an incredible vow renewal, making it the wedding they never got to have due to Erick’s deployment to Afghanistan. We just want to take this time to thank him for his service and wish them all the best as they really start off their married life together. The ceremony was held at the West Point Cadet Chapel, which was absolutely breathtaking. Our planned photoshoot with them around campus had to get cut very, very short due to the severe cold, but these two were real troopers in braving it for even a couple of minutes. The reception was at the West Point Club with a breathtaking view of the river. The wedding was a blast, and it was so easy to see their love for each other and for their friends and family.
