Packages Revamped!

Wow, two posts in two days! I think that is some kind of record for me. Here’s a little story for everyone. If you remember from a previous post, we recently had a hard drive failure that disrupted both our primary hard drive and our backup drive. Luckily, we had everything backed up in a third location that allowed us to recover all our images. Now, our clients images were not the only ones threatened by this crash. Our own wedding images were on that drive as well. When we got married, we chose a photographer who we could sadly not afford the album rates for, so we only got the digital files. I had plans to build and design my own album through my studio, but I got busy and never got around to it. Had I not had that third backup, ALL our wedding photos may have been gone forever. Even a DVD-R is lucky to last a few years. It will definitely not be around for future generations.

This incident caused me to understand the real value of something tangible to maintain the memories of the happiest day of your lives. We didn’t have it, and almost suffered a serious loss because of it. Not only would we have lost these images, but our future children and grandchildren would have missed out on it. I don’t want that to happen to any of you. As a result, my packages have been revamped. I took out a lot of things you probably don’t need, and added albums and some additional things you do need! I still have a basic, digital only package, but now we have some new options. Please take a look and decide if any of them might be for you. All the little accessories that had been in the previous packages are now available as a la carte items, so you can sill get them and add them on, but everything else has been upgraded and simplified. I hope you all take advantage of this to preserve your wedding memories away from only your computer screen on a small frame somewhere. I am designing my own wedding album now to prevent that scare from ever happening again, and I would be happy to do the same for all of you. Check out the new packages now!
