These two are so perfect for each other. We knew it from the moment we met them. They knew it about each other from their Freshman year of college at WPI in Worcester, MA, where they met. Everyone else knew about it too. It all came together on a gorgeous fall afternoon in Northampton, MA. They got married at the amazing First Churches in Northampton, with their reception at the Hotel Northampton just down the road. It provided the perfect backdrop for this incredible couple.
It’s very rare that we have ever seen a church as beautiful as this one, and it was a real pleasure to shoot in. It was also an interesting backdrop to observe the groom sprinting back in just before the ceremony with the wedding license he almost forgot! Ian is a pretty speedy guy so no harm done. We then got to witness a beautiful ceremony and then got to wander around downtown Northampton getting some awesome photos for these two.
